Step 1: Contact Customer Service
- Log into "My account" on CMPO and navigate to Order List. If you click into the relevant order you can create an Return including a unique reference number.
- Email: Send an email to customerservice@llexeter.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Phone: Alternatively, you can call our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
- After contacting us, our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions. This will include the return address and any necessary return authorization forms or labels.
Step 3: Prepare Your Return
- Pack the Item(s): Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Ensure that the item is in its original, unused condition.
- Include Proof of Purchase: Place your proof of purchase (such as the invoice or order confirmation) inside the package.
Step 4: Ship the Return
- Choose a Shipping Method: Use a reliable, trackable shipping service to send the package to the return address provided. This helps ensure that your return is received and processed without issues.
- Pay for Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is processed.
