How long does it take to process a return?

Processing a return at Llexeter typically takes up to 14 days from the time we receive your returned item. Here’s how the process works:

Return Processing Timeline:

1. Return Shipment:
   • The time it takes for the returned item to reach us depends on the shipping method you choose. We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind as lost parcels will NOT be refunded.
2. Inspection and Approval:
   • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria (e.g., original condition, unused, with all packaging and accessories).
3. Refund or Exchange Processing:
   • After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take up to 14 days to reflect in your account. Exchanges are processed and shipped out as soon as the return is approved.
